Nora, Jon, The Pleiadian Collective, and Mirando share information on the process of channeling, the numerous ways we all connect with and interpret information and energy, and many other details on the experience of contact and connection.

There are numerous energy exercises offered throughout that will facilitate your understanding of your own communications systems and how it is you are already in contact with your guides, the angelics, the celestials, and the other beings supporting your journey on Earth at this time.

You will be guided through direct contact exercises that will put you in communication with your guides through the process of automatic writing and/or translated writing as well as exercises that facilitate your abilities to channel verbally.

A process to interview your guides was offered that will allow you to better understand the energies that you are working with and better identify who it is you are connecting with in a more immediate way.
